Ramona Mathany is the Founder and CEO of The Mathany Group as well as American Admin, Inc. (a PEO company) and All Star Labor & Staffing (a Staffing firm) in Oregon. With 26 years as a business owner and CEO in the Recruiting and Human Resource Consulting industries, Ramona understands, first-hand, the high demand for top-notch leaders within every company. At The Mathany Group, her vision is to offer unique, customizable solutions to meet the needs of our clients and candidates. Ramona earned her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Portland and has utilized her education to build a culture of service and compassion in all her brands. In her free time, she enjoys paddle boarding, spending time with her children, and engaging in ministry throughout Oregon.

Adam Woodside is Vice President for The Mathany Group. Adam met Ramona Mathany in 2015 when he joined her staffing firm, All Star Labor & Staffing in Portland, OR. In 2016, he began managing operations for both All Star Labor & Staffing and American Admin, Inc, the PEO company also owned by Ramona. In 2022, Adam had a desire to begin a professional recruiting brand with a national presence and The Mathany Group was born. He prides himself on building a team of Executive Recruiters that are passionate and driven with a strong background in talent acquisition and engagement. With 20 years of extensive operations experience in recruiting, biotechnology, manufacturing, and supply chain management, he has achieved a high level of success in managing the growth and profitability of a variety of companies. Adam earned his Professional in Human Resource (PHR) in 2020 and has received numerous awards for reducing costs, cultural development, and servant leadership throughout his career. In his free time, Adam enjoys traveling, art, and engaging in any adrenaline producing activity!

Sean Record joined the Mathany Group in August 2022 as the Director of Recruiting. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing the brand and recruiting high-performing leaders to grow and sustain our client’s businesses. Sean started his career in 1998 as a recruiter and was promoted to Team Lead within the first year. During his career he has managed as many as 23 recruiters across variable disciplines in healthcare, engineering, and manufacturing. Sean has spent 20 years refining a network of candidates and referrals. He specializes in leveraging data and insights by providing clients access to passive candidates not currently in the job market. Sean’s top priority is to provide exceptional service to his clients and candidates. In his free time, Sean enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with his family.
